Lobelia Cottage can sleep 6 with 3 single beds in each room. It comprises of a fully fitted kitchen bathroom and shower. In the lounge there is a 6 seater cane lounge suite a TV, DVD player and a 6 seater dining room table. Henri & Carol are your friendly hosts.We do have dogs on the premises.We are within walking distance to one of the several shopping centres with a wide variety of stores to choose from. We are also 500m from the closest bus stop to go into Durban Central if you do not have a car.We are 10 minutes from Durban International Airport and 20 minutes from Durban Centre Moses Mabhida Soccer Stadium, Suncoast Casino, & UShaka Marine World.We are about 3 km from the local beach Ansteys, shark nets make it safe for bathing. A paddling pool for babies and another for toddlers, while the beach is not far for Dad. Life Guards are on duty all the year round. RATES QUOTED ARE PER NIGHT FOR THE COTTAGE.

Close to Hillcrest and Valley of a Thousand Hills. 30minutes from Durban , Pietermaritzburg and Durban International airport. Numerous nature reserves are in the area. Within a few minutes drive experience the scenic splendour of the Valley of a Thousand Hills with it's Crocodile Farm, Bird Displays, Farm Stalls, Craft Markets and Zulu Village with tribal dancing. There are 2 double rooms with en-suite bathrooms and ceiling fans. We have TV's in both of the double rooms with satellite TV connection. The kitchen and dining area are shared. There is also a covered patio under which one can enjoy the wonderful Hillcrest evenings. Off street parking is available with electronic gates. Although primarily self catering, continental breakfasts can be arranged if required. Tea and coffee trays are provided. Guests are also welcome to use the pool at any time, or to simply sit outside and relax whilst observing the abundant bird life in our garden. Smoking is not allowed in the bedrooms. Children are welcome. Unfortunately credit card facilities are not available.

OYSTER LODGE Characterised by a deep wrap around veranda with designer appointed bedrooms and living areas. It also boasts a fully equipped and functional kitchen - including dishwasher - for those with a flair for entertaining (albeit on holiday!). Barbeque/Braai equipment is also provided. The queen bedded main bedroom is en-suite, with a full bathroom (toilet, basin, shower and bath). The 2 other bedrooms have 2 single beds each and share a spacious bathroom (toilet, basin & shower). All bedrooms are air-conditioned. The lounge and dining areas are inviting, comfortable and tastefully appointed. They are linked to the veranda via wide timber folding doors allowing cool breezes to filter through whilst connecting the interior of the cottage to the garden and sea views - perfect for al fresco dining. A widescreen television connected to a satellite decoder and DVD player is provided. PEARL COTTAGE A one bedroom cottage, with a queen size double bed. It is both comfortable and spacious and includes all the facilities and attention to decor of Oyster Lodge. A sleeper couch and additional linen for younger children is also available. Gateway Entertainment and Shopping Centre (2nd largest in the World and biggest in the Southern Hemisphere), with shops, restaurants, cinemas, theatres, IMAX, climbing wall, skate park, wave pool, putt-putt, squash, aerobics and much more, just 5 minutes away. Game park safaris are within driving distance with the chance of spotting Africa's Big Five. There are numerous sporting facilities available in the area: golf at one of the world's top 100 golf courses at the Durban Country Club, take a boat trip to see the dolphins catching the waves, maybe catch a view of the Hump Back Whale, deep sea diving off the infamous Aliwal Shoal to view the numerous fish or book a deep sea fishing trip.
