absolutely terrible! never showed up for the initial appointment on time, work quality was extremely poor. i phoned John to tell him that the awnings are pulling out of the walls because he used the old wall plugs and that the fabric is tearing, he promised he would come through to fix the problem. 3 weeks later and i am still waiting. now he avoids my calls.
