If you want to use them be sure to keep you job card! I use to have a good opinion of them, but after using them myself for other than dstv installation I am sorely disappointed with their service. They have had my tv for over a month and because of the stone age system they work on can apparently not help me until I provide a job card number, this after I filled in a form with all my details in and them being supposed to call me not I them. I have called multiple times now, with the last call ending in a plain refusal to help me because looking up my name will be too much trouble! I will surly try to never use them again.
