day wed 04 2022 i went to the clinic coz i didnt really know if i had covid or jst a bad full the not sho her name jsy walked out her door wid out seing to me gave me tables and tld me off and saying shes goin on brk now and not to ax her what time she will be back..... she has no information abt me and yet she gives me tables
