E-mailed Group1 Renault, The Glen for a quotation on filters for a Koleos. I was asked for the VIN number which I sent through and received a formal quotation. 2 days later I went in to purchase and presented the quote which they used for the part numbers. Only after paying did I notice an 18% increase in price. Upon querying this I was told it would be looked at but absolutely nothing was done. I was sent an answering email that basically told me ”P*ss off… it is what it is, you pay what we tell you… not what was quoted”.
