This was my first time with Insight Vision and from entering the optometry to leaving the customer service and experience was excellent. The receptionist was helpful, friendly, informative and interactive, the paper work was easy and simple, the assistant easily helped me choose glasses that I loved. The optometrist was excellent she made me feel comfortable, interacted with me, gave me knowledge on my lenses, frames and eye health, she was friendly and efficient. Overall I am very pleased and happy with my experience and will definitely recommend my family and friends to Insight Vision.
