Re: Relocation from JHB to Langebaan From the onset the service was OK, but to-date I have not received the remainder of my furniture!!!I have a table top but no legs... and some other furniture and boxes. I was quoted on a 16t and there was items loaded in front of my items, if this was not the case then my items would of arrived at the same time!!! I get the runaround the entire time with me having to follow-up on where my items are. So from a client service level perspective, I give Megashift a Zero rating!!!No effort!! It's been a week without any constructive feedback or ETA...then I get told that my items are not a priority as the vehicles has other obligations!!!! What!! PLEASE FOCUS ON YOUR INTERNAL PROCESSES AND CLIENT SATISFACTION TO INSURE THAT EFFECTIVE QUALITY OF SERVICE IS DELIVERED TO THE CLIENT. Stephen Robbertze
