My Ford went in for hybrid turbo; broke again same day; repaired again; Family went on holiday and turbo broke 900km from home and caused engine failure. Long story short, when engine was opened, it was discovered that MF blew the head gasket and replaced it with wrong Midas generic without telling me. Not even JJ (foreman) knew about incident and was only acknowledged by Ryno (owner). Surprisingly, MF claimed turbo on my engine was not their's, but could also not explain what my Ford was doing in informal settlement whilst being repaired by them before I left for holiday. Despite trying to settle costs with MF, Ryno and all his Christian talk that made a mockery of God, never kept any promises to recover my costs from his insurance, and spending R130k is for my account. During and after this traumatic experience with Ryno, I've encountered several others that had massive bad experiences with MF that costed them huge costs and confirm total unethical services provided by them. I trust those will also submit their total mistrust in Ryno and MF as a company.
