All I can say if you want to keep your money and have roi stay way from topco media. The chairman Richard only in for the pound. His staff doesn't get any better treatment either. His poor children that's "apparently" directors has no real say, daddy say children do. Stand up or disagree with him~ your fired. No sound hr practices followed. Some good mangers there but who knows how long before the Fletcher sindrom rubs off on them. I Don't see this company with a sustainable future, run while you can from Richard and the fletchers, such a shaman though because there is some real good business concept tied up in that "lightly put" poorly micro managed inconsistent company.
