If it was at all possible to give this business a negative rating I would. Throughout the process there was NO communication. My mini convertible was supposed to be written off, but the company decided to attempt to fix my vehicle, so they could generate an income. They then put the onus on me by blaming wear and tear for the fact that they couldn't repair my vehicle. In order to retrieve my vehicle I had to pay my excess, even though I wasn't happy about being informed the problem with my car was wear and tear related by the panelbeater. I escalated the issue to my insurance company and they insisted on a diagnostic report from the agent. It was determined that my car was damaged beyond repair in the accident and was supposed to have been written off from the get go. After Executive panelbeaters "fixed" my car, my insurance still wrote my car off....I am left to wonder how much this car would have cost me to repair and if the car was even safe to drive after the failed repairs done by them.... To date they hadn't afforded me the courtesy of an apology for their poor service, lack of proper diagnostics or the 7 weeks of my time and money wasted. I was stuck in a different province a 1000km's from my house during this entire ordeal.
