On the 9th of November went to samtech offices at newton park I was looking for washing machine filters they said to they gonna ask the warehouse about the filters after that they will send me quotation. I keep on asking for the quotation but they end up send me quotation on the 29th of November I paid the 50% of the deposit but when I ask them when will I get the filters they told me that their supplier they were strike so they don't know when am I gonna get the filters I decided to check somewhere else and I got them within 2 days at bidorbuy now they are saying they are not going to payback my money because I want the refund I can't take their poor service I still waiting for my money
