South African Relocations has VERY POOR customer service. As a past customer, I would not recommend anyone use this company. The upfront sales process is very good however after the company has received payment, they no longer reply to emails. I made an overpayment on my move several months ago. Since then I have send several emails requesting a refund. Not a single email has been answered. Please stay away..... this company has no integrity. Please do your self a favour and use any company but stay away from South African Relocations..... Unfortunately, May other customers have similar poor feedback.
