I took out a new Cell C contract at Lakeside Mall Cell C on 14 October 2024. Included in the contract was a cellphone as well as a Samsung smart watch. I was promised delivery of the smart watch. I have contacted the branch NUMEROUS times. Received empty promises NUMEROUS times from Burie. But even 5 months later, no smart watch. Service has been dismal.
