I love Dr Moller, I use her for my Family but I don’t think I will ever visit her again because of the reception lady, that woman is extremely rude, she has no customer service no empathy and she is very proud of her behaviour

we work on appointments, and you were late, is it too much to expect to be given curtesy by just being on time, if you miss your appointment time where should the doctor fit you in, because you will be taking someone else's time?
