due to incorrect amounts that went of on the automatic deduction system my account is now in arrears and I have paid extra on it just to sort it out temporarily, an raised my automatic deduction, but I cannot get hold of them because they do not answer their phones and my husband works from home standby, I have arranged to pay and they refuse to accept it. why do we have automatic deductions if it does not get applied correctly now they are threatening to cut my electricity and have halved my water usage already.
