Two weeks ago I brough my battery to them because it was broken and still under warranty. They promised I would get it back within three days and call me. I called (as they did not) and it turns out they only brought the battery to the factory on Tuesday. Long story short, four more times I was promised I would be called back, zero times it actually happened. Then, last week, I was promised that as soon as it would arrive they would call me and drop it off at my home because of all the delays. Needless to say, I had to call myself again and no delivery is forthcoming citing staff shortages. They should have thought of that before making a promise! And to boot it all the owner was so rude to hang up on me three times while on the call, but making no effort whatsoever to meet his employee's promise to me (For clarity, yes, I was aggravated, but at no time shouting or calling names or anything.). The timing of the battery return was out of their control, but the never calling back despite repeated prmoises and negating on their promises to drop it off clearly was. I'll never go back there, that's for sure.
