I understand that court processes can be complex, but the lack of communication and transparency from the Zeerust Clerk of the Courts has left us feeling frustrated and disheartened. It is important for courts to prioritise the needs of those they serve and ensure that they are treated with respect and dignity. Overall, as a unemployed South African citizen, my experience with the Zeerust Magistrate Court has been disappointing, I hope that they will take steps to improve their processes and provide better service to those who rely on them in the future.
