Poor service from on set they came late to collect my furniture, their blankets are old torn and dirty they said they provide 4 members to collect your goods only 3 and ordered a box for 55 cm TV but got a smaller one. My date which I booked shipment collection and arriving delivery date was 29June - 1 and they said 2nd it will be delivered which I agreed on come the Saturday on my way to CT an arrogant disrespectful sales agent called and ask of the urgency of delivering my things as on set was honest that I am moving and my furniture is with their truck and I will need it and he pretends he will get back to me within few minutes 3 hours passed no calls or update as he send message that they have issues trip was not going my route which they knew on set but just wanted my money and to waste my time, I had no bed no clothes nothing as everything was supposed to be transported by them and I am starting a new job Monday I have not pitched its the 4th. I stay in a B&B which they will not pay me back for the unnecessary costs they caused me. It's the 4th today no delivery yet. I hate Megashift logistics with all my life I never want to hear their name or their rude unprofessional staff especially Emmanuel. I curse they day I spoke with him or used their services.
