We bought a Ford Everest from Allen Joss. We had several problems dealing with the service consultant in the past two year. the most recent problem was the the car was serviced by Allen Joss Auto on 17 September 2013 and returned with an aircon not working. Apparently after Allen Joss replaced the aircon belt, the motor of the aircon is now suddenly not working. Th car is 2 years old and only has 160 000km on the clock. The person calling himself the service manager was very condescending and treated me with disdain. They insist we have to now carry the cost of the motor that was working perfectly fine when we left the car there for the service.
