I have had a Data sim card with you for the last 3 years. Yesterday I got messages for sim swap which I declined but number is not working anymore Mbali the lady was rude and kept taking calls while I was speaking to her. When I asked to see manager she said she is the manager and that I was harassing her All I needed help with was an illegal sim swap done without my knowledge and needed my number back.
