I visited Parkers on the 10 September 2024 at approximately 10am and asked for rear shocks which amounted to R1400, however the sales person Carriem issued front shocks.Which I took back after it was discovered by the guy that was to replaced the shocks that Parkers issued the wrong socks for front i took it back and this person Carriem insisted that I had asked for Front when I specifically told him rear which I even told my husband telephonically and I had send my husband a WhatsApp message telling him that the guy that's replacing the socks said I should buy rear... When I took the shocks back unopened with receipt I only received back R1250 and was told very rudely that they're charge a 10% handling fee for products they issued wrongly to me as a customer. I am extremely disgusted at the service I received at Parkers spares, if I could've given a 0 star I would! N. Hendricks
