I have been renting a flat at Luxor mansions and my power got cut off on Sunday the 19th of February and today still nothing has been done it's the 22nd of February 2017. My fees are up to date and yet they can't come come fix my power, they told me that the municipality cut it off not them and I called municipality and they told me that they didn't, procor must come fix the power and now still nothing done yet.
