Am very disappointed in Dischem, Brooklyn. They are not a Discovery Designated Provider any longer. Yesterday went to collect meds and had to pay a levy on my medication as they only pay at 80% if not a DSP with Discovery Medical Aid. Have never paid a levy prior. On collecting meds I queried with the pharmacist assistant and she said I must take it up with Discovery. Surely they already know this. Discovery confirmed this to me. They have obviously hiked up there Medication prices and therefore no longer a Discovery DSP. Shame on you for not informing your clients.
