I recently called at Royal Vulcanizing Station 1159 Umgeni Road, to enquire and order a set of tyres, and MAN ‘O MAN, was the service terrible! The receptionist (Reena) had no idea how to answer my queries in a professional manner or even how to connect me to someone who did. She was rude, arrogant and kept putting me on hold without any warning at all! While I was still talking, nogal. Finally, after several attempts and 4 calls, I spoke to Nathan who was polite, professional and helpful. Is that too much for a customer to ask for when it comes to service?
