I've been to Foschini Landdros Mare Street Polokwane today on 23 December 2013 and one of the ladies working on the ground floor wearing a red long sleeve blouse together with black pants was asking me a very stupid and insulting question. She should rather keep her mouth shut and do her job properly and stop pretending to be very busy. She is clearly extremely incompetent!! She doesn't have any people skills as well as the lady with the white and black stripes long sleeve top together with a black skirt. She was talking in her language with the guy working at the till and the customers could see that she was discussing them, even the guy working at the till was laughing. The employees of Foschini Landdros Mare Street need serious customer services training because their attitudes suck. I have been a client for more than 20years and the friendly and polite service of Foschini is long gone something of the past! What a terrible pitty!!!!!!!
