Rosco is not a reliable service provider. He made me pay for parts upfront, only after I paid for parts, he wanted R2300 labour to also be paid upfront . When I was not happy to pay this much for labour, he refused to let me have the parts that I paid for. He also used an Uber to come look at our Kirby, asked for instant payment so he could pay the Uber. Now the Uber driver has come to us asking for payment, as Rosco never paid him. Do not use him to have your Kirby fixed ...he is a cheat
