Andrew (Handy andy's) has done some small repairs for us before, so imagine our shock when after asking for R3000 upfront when we discuss more repairs we wanted him to do. He was very emotional and begged for the R3000. We made him and a witness sign that he took R3000 and it would be deducted from the work we want him to do. I copied their I/D documents. Not long after the excuses started why he hasn't started with the work. I needed the work to be done so got someone else to do it. He then promised to pay us back, but off course we can't get hold of him or the witness... it has been 4 months no word of Handy andy's
