Shocking. I had to chase him to start the job, then they did the work. All fine for 1 week and then the pump packed up. I have been trying to get him back to fix this. Came once or twice, then disappeared and when he answered my calls, he made promises like "dedicate a week to fixing the problem" He never arrived and now does not answer calls and messages.
