Be very wary of this branch. I have gone there on numerous occasions for car services and service was always good and very competitive in the market place. I went for a major service at the beginning of APril 2023 everything done according to their checks. However exactly a month later car started playing up and took it in for them to have a look at it and low and behold i had to have the clutch replaced. This was never mentioned after the major service and the supposed checks. I received a quotation from them for the clutch replacement which was the astronomical amount of R15 623.00 to replace. As i was in a quandry with a hospitalised husband and needing to have the vehicle repaired urgently i accepted the quotation but did ask for them to look at a discount as I always brought my car there. When fetching the car I was told that a discount had already been included in the quotation of R15 623,00 and the actual amount to repair was over R17 000.00.I had another problem with the vehicle with the steering and I shopped around directly to have this repair done and at the same time queried a cost for a clutch replacement and low and behold the quotation I received were between R8 500.00 and R9 500.00 rand. I was totally ripped off by Car Care Clinic in Little Falls and will never ever again take my vehicle there for anything. So this is just a cautionery warning to all to please check quotations at other suppliers/repairers prior to accepting quotations from this supplier.
