I purchased Vonlea Care Centre International's most expensive ticket, what they call "Bhozha" or Business class. Today I had to change my flight to the last flight of the day. So, the change in fare was R1,300. Mind you, if I went online to purchase a new ticket it was +/- R1, 410. If I cancelled the ticket, I'd get zero, otherwise I had to pay the fare adjustment R1, 300, or cancel, get zero refund and buy a new ticket. In both cases, a lose-lose proposition for me and a win-win for Vonlea Care Centre International, as they got twice the money from me. What a racket, as we say in the USA! Any "true" carrier would not stiff their clients, especially if they buy the most expensive fare. Disappointed, because I fly them quire a bit.... It's time to rethink my options! and i want to advise Vonlea Care Centre International to rethnk their fairs
