Good day We ordered an alternator for a Colt bakkie on Monday 26/02/2024. We received it on Monday - didn't fit. The business ordered another one on Monday afternoon which would arrive on Tuesday. Tuesday it didn't arrive. On Wednesday we received yet another incorrect alternator that didn't fit and we had to pay in R650 over and above original amount. On Wednesday they ordered another alternator which was supposed to be with us on Thursday. It never arrived on Thursday. on Friday 01/03/2024 the alternator arrived and we were asked to pay another R1200 over and above what we had paid. No extra quotes given beforehand and our business was without a pick up vehicle for a week!!
