Our stay was terrible right from the start, there was no one there when we arrived and were given a blank stare by the cleaning lady when we asked to book in, we were then told that the geyser was broken and sent to the other property on Trevor Place. This was not up to standards as we were there on honeymoon (as Linda had suggested we upgrade to a honeymoon suite) which is not what we got so we asked for a refund which we were denied so we were then sent back to Fairwood place and told that the geyser was fixed which it was not. The blinds didnt close (and their were workman outside the room - really the perfect setting for your honeymoon), the aircon was shocking, the so called private pool they promise was green, the walls are falling apart, and there was absolutely no care taken in our stay there. The least you can do when you offer an upgrade to a honeymoon couple is make sure their stay is pleasant (at the very least) after a tasteless breakfast the next morning we decided to pack our bags and left - no one called to see where we were or if we were coming back - an all round shocking night of our honeymoon weekend - incredibly poor service and I would recommend changing the photos on this site to show what the place really looks like - because its nothing like the above!
