I am very disappointed with the after sale service from Door gallery. The initial work (design of doors and fabrication) were done to the standard required. the after sale service is the worse I have ever experienced. I have paid extra to Door gallery to fit and commission the doors. They did not finished the job initially, but wanted the full amount. unfortunately I paid the full amount. It is now 4 months after the job has been done and at least a hundred calls to them later, to fix the problems, still nothing. the doors does not fit anymore. all the srews were not inserted. the doors are cracking. i am very disappointd with the service. they do not have the desency to phone back or answer my calls
