Dishonest, no integrity and do not believe in customer satisfaction. I purchased a phone there for RR1200 to find out after possibly two months the battery was very faulty, tried to purchase another battery but you cannot get one in SA. I have dealt with them a few times as I trusted them, but today when I took the phone back and spoke to the Chinese Owner/Manager he offered me a R100 refund. Of course I declined, I was expecting a small reduction of maybe R200 less than what I paid for the phone but not R1100 less. This phone should never be sold by Digi Cafe knowing full well that there was a problem with the battery. Maybe one should look on Hello Peter to see all the bad reviews on the blog regarding this company.
