Friday night me and my wife went to get pizza at Nina's in Gonubie. We got there before 8 o-clock, ordered 2 large pizza's and paid straight away(+/-R130.00).After waiting for about 45 minutes my wife enquired about the waiting period and we were adviced that our order was accidently not placed as they did not take our name, but i cant understand how a mistake like this could have happend as we paid straigt away and we were waiting inside the shop infront of the counter. The lady that helped us did appologise, asked us to please just wait and not go, she will place the order straight away (our slip was still laying infront of her on the counter) - My wife then said no and we wanted a refund, which we received back. Another employee then took our number, my wifes name and address. But it is now 10:57pm and no-one has called to appologize. This is totally unacceptable. Afterwards we went to steers right next door and we were served with food within 5 minutes - which was very surprizing as they were extreamly busy.
