As per the previous review...these people really have no clue what customer service means. My washing machine broke, and we phoned them to collect it - this they did after 4 days. 3 WEEKS after they picked up the machine, we still did not have any quotes, or any clue what was wrong with our appliance, this , after having phoned them twice daily...with promises to phone us back, which never happened. Eventually I phoned in(my wife and mother-in-law were dealing with them), and had to be extremely rude and threatening to get any information out of them. At the end their excuse was that they could not find a part for my brand new state of the art Kelvenator maching machine, and that they would rather bring back the machine, but I would still have to pay them? No problem to pay, but after having wasted my time for three weeks...after all the phone calls and laundry runs at the laundrette? I think not. Read all the comments on Hello Peter before using this company!
