Without prejudice So we hear over the news from the MEC of Health how the service improved at the state hospitals… I must inform you I do not agree with that at all. I am trying now for weeks to get the correct procedure on how to go about to get my mother in law to go and see the Orthopedic Specialist. I received a referral letter from our GP for my mother in law. Every time I phone, I am being told you must follow procedures and then the phone is thrown down in my ear. How great is that. How can I follow procedure if no one is prepared to explain the procedure to me to follow….. This is the worst ever. I cannot believe that this rude people are the people that are being paid a salary out of my tax money! How pathetic.
