WAS AT FNB GOLDMAN FOR THE VERY FIRST TIME TODAY I WAS IN THE AREA AND NEEDED DOCUMENTS AND A LETTER FROM AN FNB BRANCH , MY EXPERIENCE WAS A VERY UNPLEASANT ONE I MUST SAY ,I WAITED FOR at least 90 MINUTES TO BE ASSISTED WITH BANK STATEMENTS AND A LETTER THAT I NEEDED FROM THE BRANCH , I MUST HOWEVER COMPLIMENT ONE person in perticuler ,a name i had memorised from her her name tag , Natali Desai , for the period i waited sitting in frustration while waiting to be helped and a number of the fnb staff walked right passed me not offering any assistance .Natali had already by than helped and assisted if i am right more than 4 happy clients quickly and Efficiently ,once done she checked the board and assisted me in the most proffesional and most helpful customer care consultant Mannerism , i am not one to complain about service ,but i chose today to comment on the exceptional service i received from someone i would regrad as your best service consultant at fnb goldman branch , thank you Natali and i hope your hard work does not go un noticed . regards , Husan mohamed .
