Horrible service. Eric showed me a video and claimed that my drain is open and got me to hand over R 1 550,00. After he left, I noticed that my toilet was still not flushing and called in someone else. When they got there only the front section of the drain was open where he took the video. The back section was still blocked, and two other drain covers were fully clogged up. Have the photos and witnesses to prove that. Paid the other guy to open my drain. Phoned Eric and showed him the footage of the blocked drain that he left. He refuses to refund me for the second payment.
