I pass several hardware outlets to get to Mica Morningside. Always worth it. Today, 29th Jan '22 I received *superb* service and advice, yet again, from Lawrence. Apart from my needs, I'd had my key lanyard nicked and although they don't actually sell lanyards, Lawrence gave me one from a supplier of theirs. The road less travelled. Kudos!

Thanks to the guys at Brian Gamanya Porte I now have myself the exact settee I was looking for. Mandy in their excellent showroom was friendly and most helpful. My purchase was delivered as promised a few weeks later. What impressed me the most however was how quickly they sorted out the very small problem I had with the couch. Due to their shrink-wrap etc. for delivery being too tight a part of the fabric had worn ever so slightly. I raised this with them and they were only to willing to remedy the problem. Two days later they delivered a new couch frame in perfect condition and took away the damaged one. I firmly believe that how you resolve problems and complaints will leave the longest memory. Brian Gamanya Porte handled this perfectly. I can only but highly recommend them.

Excellent service and great quality! The ladies at the store were very patient and helped me select the best style and fabric that suited my needs. It was truly a pleasure making a purchase. The guys that delivered my items even removed the bubble wrap and put the items together without me even asking. Well done and keep it up!
