Duncan quote me R16000 by email to rent a 6 tonne closed truck. He confirmed the size as 6m x 2.4m x 3m. He asked for a deposit of R2000 to send the truck to the pickup point and R6000 before the departure.I paid the deposit and confirm the date of arrival On the telephonically confirmed time with Duncan no truck I phoned Duncan who passed me to Amos and back and forth. The next day a unroadworthy 2.5 tonne dyna with a open trailer with the name bull's removals arrived. It is not what i was quoted on and they called it back. Now they can't help me with a 6 tonne truck and my deposit is nonrefundable. Gone is my money and no service just more problems. I am of the opinion that this is fraud and thinking of taking it to SAPS
