Poor workmanship. Dont have technical expertise or understanding. We had an xtra view decoder error which dstv call centre referred us to them. After charging R1475 replacing splitter and in line amplifier it worked for half and hour then error returned. They came back fixed and within 20 minutes error reoccurred. They promised to return waited 3 days eventually they wanted to replace cables and LND. More cost.After a week they didnt return to fix and we got another installer who fixed problem within 30 minutes and advised that KWIQ Technologies replaced our existing splitter with an incorrect used splitter. We had to pay for a new splitter. Please dont trust these guys they are unreliable and rip you off with their costs and hardware with no guarantees on their workmanship. I dont inderstand how DSTV call centre could have referred such installers to us.
