We had an extremely bad experience with this guesthouse. We made a booking and paid a deposit. Subsequently we had to cancel the booking and they have agreed to repay our deposit as we cancelled long before we were suppose to stay there. It has been a couple of months and still we haven't received our deposit. Have spoken to the owner himself but struggle to get him to make the actual payment. Very unprofessional in his way of handling this.
