I had an unfortunate accident with my vehicle. It ended up with this company. Eventhough the front of house staff is extremely friendly and efficient, it took 25 days to have my vehicle repaired. They were unwilling to give me a loan car. The management of this bussiness have poor peoples skills and are unwilling to engage and assist the client. With every interaction with them it felt like they are speaking from a standardized script. I would not make use of their services again.
