They sifted through 20 years of sales data - I couldn't believe my computers held so much! - and developed product list, supplier lists and a lot more. Then they integrated that data into our new webpage (Something called the 'Longtail?) All of sudden, our sales are up, and maintenance costs are down! Well done guys!
