I am not sure if this so called buffalo is a scam or what is it exactly I have been waiting for parcel since 5 May until now the send me a link telling me that my delivery failed I must pay R164 I pay them still failed to deliver then tell me that they can't find my address on Google but still they want me to pay another R164 again although they can't find my address on Google
