The front of desk manager was extremely helpful in the opening of my SA bank account, after I encountered a couple of issues with the lady clerk understanding my English accent. I can not remember his correct name, so please forgive me, but it sounded like Peolo… Excellent trade knowledge, extremely polite, helpful and patient. This gentleman, if he is NOT the branch manager, FNB should consider him for promotion. A very, very, knowledgeable person, who is brilliant to talk with…..AS HE LISTENS. Something your desk clerks should learn to do and not just shrug their shoulders when you ask them a question….
