During my first year the support was fantastic, I could email and they would answer within 24 hour, however year 2 is a totally different story it feels like the college just disappeared from earth your email don’t get acknowledged or returned the student website does not get updated and as for their new flagship the VSR or Virtual Study Room well that is just a nice looking website where you cannot login nor can you get any login detail as ODL Support refers you to [email protected] and they never come back to you. I will not be referring Oval to any of our 50000 staff in our company but rather recommend that they try another college.
