Review about Quadro Motors, Ficksburg
My family have had a good working relationship with the previous owners who sold the dealership in 2001 i hear. The new owners are rude, unfriendly to black people but they are willing to receive money from people they don't seem to like very much. One of the new owners whom i met last week was good and willing to hear why we had come in and was also quick to solve the problem we addressed. He is the youngest in the team. Today i went back since one of their sales people had a problem deregistering a vehicle we had traded in in 1999, yes this car was sold to another buyer with our registration card without our knowledge and has been using this our names and even sold the car to a third owner still with our names on the registration papers but these were blocked by the traffic department in Lesotho that is how we got to find out. Today we came into the dealership looking for the salesperson who were told in a rude and unprofessional manner by one S. G. who apparently many customers are complaining about! He did not even look apologetic that one of his staff members has booked an appointment and decided to go to Lesotho without doing a handover and i was expected to deal with someone new and to relate this long story which i refused to be tossed around like a headless chicken, i went back to S.'s office to complain and was totally ignored by S. who was going through a pile of paper just to pretend he couldn't here me, when he finally decided to give me attention it was a cold one and obviously i lost it! This gentleman seemed to undermine me and i wondered if it was because of was of a different colour? He obviously didn't care about why were there, he didn't want to hear our story and when my mum how we could reach this salesperson who was in Lesotho he said "i don't know"...how rude and unprofessional can that be? I cannot even give them one star, i will never buy a car nor refer them to anyone but i will make my voice heard by many. I must confess i am a serious addict to good customer service and i encourage and reward everywhere i see it. Quadro Motors is an unfriendly place for people like us in skin colour but suprisingly thery are willing to receive money from us! I am sure more than 50% of their clients are from Lesotho. What kind of a professional businessman would want to only make money and through his customers problems back at their face? Number one mistake is to leave the reputation of your business to your employees and through customers out of your office, big mistake S.!
