Review about Chefs Catering Equipment, Cape Town

the 10th ofDecember 2014 our beater ( whisk ) broke , we urgently needed another one , we called chefs where over the last 14 years we were customers of, and recommended them to all that was new in the food industry. I called and was rudely answered that thay dont have one . No problem , we then called anstro in George that said they can help , but what is the machine name ( No name on the machine ) so we called Chefs again where we bought the machine to get it`s name , the lady asked us to mms her a photo , when we called back they suddenly said they have one for us , for witch we were very grateful for . they couriered it for the next day . A paddle arrived . we called back and said we asked for a beater because our wire broke in such a way that it is unusable - they said its called a whisk not a beater ( well a beater is not close to a paddle , but ok ) we said we will pay the courier , the courier back , and the resend if they could sent the right product , we also said we will pay in the full difference ,because we know a whisk is more expensive . When the whisk arrived , it was a old second hand with less wire on than the one we have !!!! We called back , and was told "ther is nothing wrong with it , you just need to rewire it "REALLY !!!! then i would have just rewired my old one ! we said we are sending it back again but we refuse to pay the return courier ( as this is daylight robbery on chefs side ) we asked our money back that we had to EFT , we enclosed our banking details on the return invoice but till today 05 Jan 2015 we have not received any payment .
